Before Sale Service

After Sale Service

Quality problem

Before delivery, we have a very rigid inspection process, and all goods need 3 times QC inspection, so we can make sure good quality. In case bad products found, we will give you compensation according to our mutual agreement.


Package problem

Damage could be happened during the course of transit or unloading due to rough handling.

We will make up for the damage by sending you new unit, and in future, we will reinforce the cartons with straps to prevent it from damage again.

If you have any feedback in the future, we will forward it to our after-sale service department, and they will note it down and work out a solution in case same complaint happen again.
